A blog post with your name on it*

Telling your story can be really therapeutic and cathartic. It’s said we all have a story in us and I believe we do. It’s just sometimes we need it coaxing out of us.

The beauty about writing for Untoxicated is that your story will also help lots of others who are on a similar path.

So if you’ve got 300-800 words you’d like to share with others about any aspect of living alcohol-free, such as:

  • recovery

  • why you decided to quit

  • taking a break from alcohol or sober curiosity

  • socialising without alcohol

  • growing up with an alcoholic parent

  • dating sober

  • shifting friendships

  • how your relationships with your partner and/or kids have changed

  • your struggles

  • how you learnt to moderate

  • your favourite books or podcasts

  • or honestly, whatever you are drawn to put pen to paper (fingers to keyboard) about related to sobriety. That’s important. What you want to say, what you want to put out into the universe, what matters to you. That’s what I’d love to hear about.

I can help with writing or editing before it goes live, so don’t worry if you feel your writing skills aren’t blog worthy. The most important thing is to be authentically you.

Blogs go out in our newsletter which is monthly-ish, on social channels and on this website.
